The “Tim” Tour

For more than 25 years Tim has revelled in skiing the wild, untrammelled backcountry terrain of central Hokkaido. He loves to explore and he loves to put his considerable experience into finding the best day of skiing presented by the conditions on the day.

Be warned, this tour is not for the faint of heart, as the first Australian to stand at the summit of Mount Everest, Tim Macartney Snape knows how to get the most bang for his buck throughout a day of skiing. Whether it’s getting up for a pre breakfast dawn mission, or being the last ones on the trail going uphill while everyone else is coming down, you can guarantee that on a “Tim’’ tour you will be left with a world of new experience, probably some sore legs and a keen hunger for a bowl of Ramen. All while having the opportunity to learn from one of Australia’s most accomplished mountaineers.
